Transfer uses a commitment transfer input/output path that does not require maturity and does not claim interest. Interest accrues to the holder at maturity.

Process

Agree price off-chain

Negotiate HEAT/XFG (or other) consideration. No protocol order book is required for the transfer itself.

Settle payment

Buyer pays the agreed consideration. Confirm receipt before transferring the commitment.

Transfer the CD

Buyer verifies

Buyer confirms the HEAT CD appears in their wallet deposit list.

Privacy

Transfer reassigns the commitment. Amounts stay hidden; off-chain price is not forced on-chain.

Buyer risk

Verify the deposit appears under your control before finalizing payment. Confirm maturity height and that you are receiving a HEAT CD, not a mint-marker output.
