Deposits API

CDs lock HEAT. Mint HEAT first (mintHeatV10). COLD / XFG-deposit types are removed.

Field	Description
`amount`	Atomic units (`COIN = 1e7`)
`term`	Term in blocks (or wallet-normalized epochs — check response)
`deposit_type`	`HEAT` for CDs; mint/burn markers are not yield CDs

GET /get_maturing_deposits

POST /rollover_deposit

Claims interest and opens a new HEAT CD for principal + interest.
